Accommodation Terms and Conditions

第1条　適用範囲 / Article 1: Scope of Application

当施設がゲストとの間で締結する宿泊契約およびこれに関連する契約は、この約款の定めるところによるものとし、この約款に定めのない事項については、法令等又は一般に確立された慣習によるものとします。

Contracts for accommodation and related agreements to be entered into between this Accommodation and the Guest shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any particulars not provided herein shall be governed by laws and regulations and/or generally accepted practices.

2. なお、別紙に記載された利用規則(ハウスルール)は、本約款の一部を構成するものとみなします。

2. The house rules described in the attached document shall be deemed an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

第2条　宿泊契約の申込み / Article 2: Application for Accommodation Contract

当施設に宿泊契約の申込みをしようとする者は、次の事項を申し出ていただきます。

A Guest who intends to make an application for an Accommodation Contract with the Accommodation shall notify the Accommodation of the following particulars:

(1) 宿泊者名 / (1) Name of the Guest
(2) 宿泊日及び到着予定時刻 / (2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
(3) 宿泊料金 / (3) Accommodation charges
(4) 電話番号 / (4) Telephone
(5) 住所 / (5) Address
(6) 国籍 / (6) Country of Residence
(7) クレジットカード決済登録 / (7) Advance credit card registration
(8) その他必要事項 / (8) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Accommodation

2. 宿泊中に宿泊の継続を申し入れた場合は新たな契約の申込みとします。

2. If Guests request to extend their stay beyond the original date, it shall be regarded as an application for a new Accommodation Contract.

第3条　宿泊契約の成立等 / Article 3: Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.

宿泊契約は、当施設が前条の申込みを承諾し、申込者が第7条の宿泊者名簿を登録し、当施設が事前決済登録を確認したときに成立するものとします。ただし、当施設が承諾しなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。

The Accommodation Contract shall be deemed concluded when the Facility has accepted the application set forth in the preceding article, the applicant has completed the guest registration as specified in Article 8, and the Facility has confirmed the advance payment registration. However, this shall not apply when the Accommodation proves it has not accepted the application.

2. 第2条に定める事項の登録内容に不足がある場合および、クレジット決済の確認ができない場合は、宿泊申し込みはその効力を失うものとします。

2. If the registration information required under Article 2 is incomplete or if credit card payment cannot be confirmed, the accommodation application shall be rendered invalid.

第4条　宿泊契約締結の拒否 / Article 4: Refusal of Accommodation Contracts

当施設は、以下の場合において宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。

The Accommodation may not accept the conclusion of an Accommodation Contract under the following circumstances:

(1) 約款に違反する場合 / (1) When the application does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
(2) 満室の場合 / (2) When the Accommodation is fully booked.
(3) 法令や公序良俗に反する恐れがあるとき / (3) When the person intending to stay is deemed likely to engage in acts that violate laws, disturb public order, or offend good morals in connection with the accommodation.
(4) 暴力団関係者や反社会的勢力と認められるとき / (4) When the Guest is recognized as a member of organized crime or related antisocial groups.
(5) 宿泊しようとする方が、他の近隣住民に迷惑を及ぼすおそれがあるとき、もしくは当施設の運営を阻害するおそれがあるとき、又は近隣住民もしくは当施設の従業員に対し、迷惑を及ぼす言動をしたとき。 / (5) When the person intending to stay is likely to cause a nuisance to neighboring residents, interfere with the operation of the facility, or has acted in a way that disturbed nearby residents or staff members of the facility.
(6) 特定感染症の患者等であるとき / (6) When the Guest is a patient of a specified infectious disease.
(7) 暴力的要求または過剰な負担の要求があったとき / (7) When unreasonable or violent demands are made.
(8) 天災等不可抗力により宿泊が不可能なとき / (8) When natural disasters or unavoidable causes prevent accommodation.
(9) 条例による制限があるとき / (9) When restricted by prefectural ordinances.
(10) 保護者の許可のない未成年者のみが宿泊するとき / (10) When a minor attempts to stay without the consent of a legal guardian.
(11) 施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき / (11) When the facility is unable to accommodate the guest due to equipment failure or other unavoidable circumstances.
(12) 客室定員を超えて使用するおそれがあるとき / (12) When it is suspected that the number of guests will exceed the room capacity.
(13) 第7条に定める事項の登録内容に虚偽の内容を含むとき / (13) When the registration information required under Article 8 contains false or misleading details.
(14) 別に定める利用規則(ハウスルール)を遵守できないおそれがあるとき / (14) When the person is deemed likely to be unable to comply with the separately established house rules.

第5条　ゲストの契約解除権 / Article 5: Right to Cancel Accommodation Contracts by the Guest

ゲストは、当施設に申し出て宿泊契約を解除することができます。

The Guest is entitled to cancel the Accommodation Contract by notifying the Accommodation.

2. ゲストが前項により宿泊契約の全部又は一部を解除した場合、別表第1のキャンセルポリシーに掲げるところにより、違約金をお支払いいただきます。

2. If the Guest cancels all or part of the Accommodation Contract pursuant to the preceding paragraph, a cancellation fee shall be charged in accordance with the Facility’s cancellation policy set forth in Appendix 1.

3. ゲストが連絡をしないで宿泊日当日の到着予定時刻になっても到着しないときは、当施設は、その宿泊契約はゲストにより解除されたものとして処理することができるものとします。

3. If the Guest fails to arrive by the scheduled check-in time on the day of stay without prior notice, the Facility may treat the Accommodation Contract as having been canceled by the Guest.

第6条　当施設の契約解除権 / Article 6: Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract by the Accommodation

当施設は、以下の場合において契約を解除することがあります。

The Accommodation may cancel the Accommodation Contract under the following circumstances:

(1) 法令・公序良俗に反する恐れまたは行為があるとき / (1) When the Guest acts or may act against laws or public morals.
(2) 暴力団関係者や反社会的勢力と認められるとき / (2) When the Guest is involved with organized crime or antisocial forces.
(3) 他の近隣住民に著しい迷惑を及ぼすとき / (3) When the Guest causes serious inconvenience to other guests.
(4) 特定感染症の患者等であるとき / (4) When the Guest is a patient of a specified infectious disease.
(5) 暴力的要求や合理的な範囲を超えるサービスその他の負担を求められたとき / (5) When violent demands or unreasonable burdens are made.
(6) 宿泊サービスの提供を著しく阻害する要求が繰り返されたとき / (6) When the Guest repeatedly makes requests that seriously hinder service.
(7) 天災等不可抗力で宿泊が不可能なとき / (7) When natural disasters or force majeure prevent accommodation.
(8) 条例による制限があるとき / (8) When restricted by prefectural ordinances.
(9) 客室での寝タバコ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら等、火災予防・防火に支障を及ぼす行為をしたとき。 / (9) When the Guest engages in acts that hinder fire prevention or safety, such as smoking in bed or tampering with fire protection equipment.
(10) 施設の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により宿泊させることができないとき / (10) When the facility is unable to accommodate the guest due to equipment failure or other unavoidable circumstances.
(11) 第7条に定める事項の登録内容に虚偽の内容を含む、または申告した申し込み人数を超えて使用されたとき / (11) When the registration information provided under Article 8 contains false or misleading details, or when the number of guests exceeds that declared at the time of booking.
(12) 宿泊費の事前決済において、期限までにその支払いがないとき / (12) When the advance payment of the accommodation fee is not completed by the specified deadline.
(13) この約款又は当施設の利用規則(ハウスルール)に違反したとき / (13) When the Guest violates these Terms and Conditions or the Facility’s house rules.

第7条　宿泊の登録 / Article 7: Registration

日本国の法律により、宿泊するためには宿泊者名簿の提出が必要です。ご予約申込後に入力フォームを送りますので以下の事項をチェックイン日までに入力してください。登録後、キーボックス番号を含めたチェックイン方法詳細がチェックイン日に送信されます。

Under Japanese law, submission of a guest registration form is required in order to stay. We will send you an input form after your reservation request. Please fill in the required information below by the check-in date. Once registration is complete, detailed check-in instructions—including the key box number—will be sent on the day of check-in.

(1) 宿泊者名(宿泊者全員) / (1) Name of the Guest(s)(All guests)
(2) 宿泊日及び到着予定時刻 / (2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
(3) 代表者住所、連絡先 / (3) Representative’s address, contact information
(4) 前宿泊地 / (4) Previous accommodation
(5) 行き先(後泊地) / (5) Next destination
(6) パスポート番号(外国人宿泊者全員) / (6) passport number(All foreign guests)
(7) 本人確認のための写真のついたパスポート(ID)の写真添付(外国人宿泊者全員) / (7) Attach a photo of your passport (ID) to verify your identity(All foreign guests)
(8) その他必要事項 / (8) Other particulars deemed necessary by the Accommodation

第8条　客室の使用時間 / Article 8: Occupancy Hours of Guest Rooms

客室の使用時間は午後3時から翌朝11時までです。連泊の場合、到着日・出発日を除き終日使用できます。

The Guest may use the room from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day. For consecutive stays, the room may be used throughout the day except for arrival and departure days.

2. 時間外の利用には追加料金が発生します。

2. Extra charges apply for use outside the designated hours:

(1) 3時間以内：室料の1/3 / (1) Up to 3 hours: 1/3 of the room charge
(2) 6時間以内：室料の1/2 / (2) Up to 6 hours: 1/2 of the room charge
(3) 6時間以上：全額 / (3) Over 6 hours: Full room charge

3. ゲストが客室を使用できる時間内であっても、当施設は、安全及び衛生管理その他当宿泊施設の運営管理上の必要があるときは、客室に立入り、必要な措置をとることができるものとします。

3. Even during the period in which the Guest is entitled to use the room, the Facility may enter the room and take necessary measures when required for safety, hygiene management, or other operational reasons related to the management of the accommodation.

第9条　利用規則(ハウスルール)の遵守 / Article 9: Observance of Accommodation Regulations

ゲストは、当施設が定める利用規則(ハウスルール)に従っていただきます。

Guests shall comply with the house rules established by the Facility.

第10条　営業時間 / Article 10: Business Hours

お問い合わせは日本時間10時から18時

Inquiries are accepted between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Japan Standard Time).

第11条　料金の支払い / Article 11: Payment of Accommodation Charges

宿泊料金等の内訳は、申込Webサイトの予約カレンダーに掲げるところによります。

The breakdown of accommodation charges shall be as indicated in the reservation calendar on the booking website.

2. 当施設がゲストに客室を提供し、使用が可能になったのち、宿泊客が任意に宿泊しなかった場合においても、宿泊料金は申し受けます。

2. Even if the Guest chooses not to stay after the Facility has made the room available and ready for use, the accommodation charges will still be charged.

第12条　当施設の責任 / Article 12: Liabilities of the Accommodation

当社が、本サービスの提供によって利用者に損害を与えた場合、その原因が当施設の故意又は重過失にある場合を除き、当施設が受領した利用料の限度でその損害を賠償する責任を負います。ただし、当施設の責に帰すべき事由がない場合はこの限りではありません。

In the event that the Facility causes damage to the User in connection with the provision of the Service, the Facility shall be liable for such damage only to the extent of the amount of usage fees actually received from the User, except in cases where such damage is attributable to the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Facility. However, this does not apply where the damage was not caused by the Accommodation.

2. 当施設は、万一の火災等に備え、旅館賠償責任保険に加入しています。

2. The Accommodation is covered by liability insurance to deal with unexpected fire or other disasters.

第13条　契約した客室の提供ができないときの取扱い / Article 13: Handling When Unable to Provide Contracted Rooms

契約した客室を提供できないときは、可能な限り同等の他の宿泊施設をあっ旋します。

If the Accommodation is unable to provide the contracted room, it shall arrange accommodation of the same standard elsewhere with the Guest's consent.

2. 前項により、当施設によるあっせんができなかったときは、当施設は、ゲストに対し、違約金相当額の補償料を支払い、その補償料は損害賠償額に充当します。ただし、客室を提供出来ないことについて、当施設の責めに帰すべき事由がないときは、補償料は支払いません。

2. In such case where the Facility fails to arrange alternative accommodation, it shall pay the Guest a compensation amount equivalent to the cancellation fee, which shall be applied toward any damages incurred. However, if the inability to provide the guest room is not attributable to the Facility, no such compensation shall be paid.

3. 当施設は、前項に基づく他の宿泊施設のあっ旋に努めたものの、あっ旋ができなかったときは、宿泊契約を解除することができるものとします。

3. If the Facility, despite making reasonable efforts as set forth in the preceding paragraph, is unable to arrange alternative accommodation, it may cancel the Accommodation Contract.

第14条　ゲストの手荷物又は携帯品の保管 / Article 14: Custody of Baggage and Belongings

当施設はスタッフの常駐をいたしておりません。ゲストの手荷物が、宿泊に先立って当施設に到着する場合は、ご予約時に事前申告され、これを施設が了解したときに限り、保管するものといたします。

The Facility is unattended by staff on a regular basis. If the Guest's luggage is scheduled to arrive at the Facility prior to check-in, it will be stored only if prior notice is given at the time of reservation and the Facility has agreed to accept it.

2. ゲスト手荷物等を宿泊に先立ち受け取り保管した場合、当施設の故意又は重大な過失がない限り、滅失、毀損等の損害が生じても責任を負いかねます。

2. If the Facility accepts and stores the Guest's luggage or belongings in advance of the stay, the Facility shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or other harm unless caused by the Facility’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. ゲストがチェックアウトした後、お客様の手荷物又は携帯品が当施設に置き忘れられていた場合、原則としてチェックアウトの翌日までにご連絡がない場合には、当施設にて任意に処分させていただきます。

3. If any personal belongings are left behind after check-out and the Facility does not receive notice by the end of the following day, the items will be disposed of at the Facility’s discretion without further notice.

4. 忘れ物の発送は着払いでのみ可能です。その場合発送手数料として2500円頂戴します。

4. Shipment of lost items is available only by cash on delivery (COD). In such cases, a handling fee of ¥2,500 will be charged.

5. スーツケース等の大型ゴミの処分は承ることができません。万が一残して帰宅された場合は処分費として1万円頂戴します。

5. The Facility does not accept disposal of large items such as suitcases. If such items are left behind, a disposal fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.

第15条　駐車場ご利用に関する免責事項 / Article 15: Disclaimer Regarding Use of Parking Facilities

駐車場内およびその周辺において発生した、車両の事故・損傷・盗難・紛失等について、当宿は一切の責任を負いません。

The Facility shall not be held liable for any accidents, damage, theft, loss, or similar incidents involving vehicles occurring within or around the parking area.

2. ゲストの車両によって施設や第三者に損害が生じた場合は、その損害について全ての責任をお客様にご負担いただきます。

2. In the event that the Guest's vehicle causes damage to the Facility or any third party, the Guest shall bear full responsibility for such damages.

3. 盗難、いたずら、自然災害、その他当宿の責任に帰さない事由によって生じたトラブルについても、当宿では補償いたしません。

3. The Facility shall not provide compensation for any trouble resulting from theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or other causes not attributable to the Facility.

4. 無断駐車や違法駐車などにより駐車スペースが利用できなかった場合でも、当宿ではその損害や不便に対する補償はいたしません。

4. The Facility shall not compensate for any inconvenience or damages arising from unauthorized or illegal parking that prevents the use of designated parking spaces.

第16条　ゲストの責任 / Article 16: Liability of the Guest

ゲストの故意・過失により当施設が損害を被った場合、その損害を賠償していただきます。（当施設内の物品の持ち出しを含む）

If the Facility incurs any damage due to the willful misconduct or negligence of a Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Facility for such damage, including but not limited to the unauthorized removal of items from within the Facility.

　・客室の鍵の紛失: 1万円・Loss of room key: ¥10,000

　・ルームクリーニング・備品破損等: 程度により金額が異なります。・Room cleaning or damage to furnishings: Fees vary depending on the extent of the damage or required cleaning.

2. 当施設のご利用にあたって、お子様の安全管理は保護者の責任にてお願いいたします。利用者の不注意による事故について当施設は一切責任を負いません。

2. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of children during their stay. The Facility shall not be held liable for any accidents caused by negligence on the part of the Guests.

第17条　協議 / Article 17: Consultation

当施設のご利用に関して、本約款等で解決ができない問題が生じた場合には、当施設とゲストとの間で双方誠意をもって話し合い、これを解決するものとします。

In the event that any issue arises in connection with the use of the Facility that cannot be resolved under these Terms and Conditions or related provisions, the Facility and the Guest shall consult with each other in good faith to resolve the matter.

第18条　管轄及び準拠法 / Article 18: Jurisdiction and Governing Law

本約款等に関する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。本約款の準拠法は日本法とします。

All disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

第19条　その他 / Article 19: Miscellaneous

1. 当施設の所在地を住民登録その他の公的な居所として使用することはできません。また、当施設は「居住証明書」の発行を一切行いません。

1. The Facility shall not be used as a registered address for resident registration or any other official purposes. The Facility will not issue any “Certificate of Residence” under any circumstances.

2. 利用者による当施設のご利用に関して、安全上の配慮が特に必要とされる乳幼児・児童の滞在に際しては、保護者による適切な監督をお願い申し上げます。当施設は、保護者の監督不十分に起因する事故・怪我等に関して、一切の責任を負いかねます。

2. When using the Facility with infants or young children, guardians are required to supervise them appropriately. The Facility shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from insufficient supervision by the guardians.

3. 本約款に定めのない事項については、日本の法令及び一般に確立された慣習に従うものとします。

3. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan and generally accepted practices.

第20条　宿泊約款の改訂について / Article 20: Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

経済情勢や関連法令など外的要因の変化に対応するため、または当社の経営・運営状況に変化があった場合、料金やサービス内容等に関する条項をはじめとした本約款の内容を改定することがあります。
その場合、当施設はあらかじめ改定版を遅滞なく当社ホームページ上に公開し、また、最終改定日を明示します。

These Terms and Conditions may be revised in response to changes in economic conditions, applicable laws and regulations, or the Facility’s management or operational circumstances. In such cases, the revised version will be published without delay on the Facility’s official website, with the date of the latest amendment clearly indicated.

2. また、別紙に定める「利用規則（ハウスルール）」についても必要に応じて改訂することがあります。改訂があった場合、その内容と改定日を公式ウェブサイトにて掲示し、原則として掲示日以降の予約または宿泊に対して適用されるものとします。

2. The separate “House Rules” document may also be revised as necessary. In the event of any such revision, the updated rules and the date of revision will be posted on the official website, and shall, in principle, apply to reservations or stays made after the posting date.

別表第1　違約金（キャンセル料） / Appendix 1: Cancellation Charges
